To register, please complete the form below and mail your tuition check. Checks should be made payable to:

Mail to: 30 Vine St, Andover, MA 01810.

Once your registration and check is received, you will receive confirmation that a space has been reserved.

Registration deadline is September 9th, 2009. Students are considered registered (and therefore have a slot reserved) when form below is submitted, and tuition check of $495 is received.

If you register by August 19th, tuition is only $395. If you need further financial assistance, please email <vicky at sockhop.net with sock replaced by frog> the program director to discuss scholarship options
